DAY PEACE is a North Iowa-based comedian with over 13 years of experience. He has released two independent comedy albums, with “Peace of Mind Side B” debuting at #1 on the Amazon and iTunes charts in 2022. Originally from Detroit, MI, Day began his comedy career in Phoenix, AZ, and has appeared on Bravo TV. He was a monthly radio personality on Iowa’s classic rock station 103.7 The Fox and hosts the podcast “Hey, Real Quick.” He has performed at top venues including The Laugh Factory, Tempe Improv, Stand Up Live, Funny Bone, Flappers Comedy Club, and House of Comedy. Day has shared the stage with Marlon Wayans, Joey “Coco” Diaz, Brandon T. Jackson, Shang Forbes, Rain Pryor, and Ms. Pat.

DILLON MEEK spends most of his time being a happy-go-lucky kinda guy. This has served him well as a comic, especially in the way that he applies this view to the various things he observes and experiences. He is at his most hilarious when talking about personal tragedy as though it were a light-hearted jaunt in the woods. Dillon has been doing comedy since 2017, a year that he lovingly refers to as the worst of his life. Dillon co-hosts two open mics and a monthly showcase in Mason City, Iowa. He recently won second place in the Funniest Person in Iowa contest.

JASON CLEMENS was born and raised in Northern Iowa and because of that has learned to survive on sarcasm, wit and common sense. With his perspective on everyday life and attention to detail, Jason has the ability to turn any mundane topic into hilarious ramblings. From the opening lines of that classic Bill Monroe Bluegrass Christmas favorite to the show's closing “Merry Christmas Day” the warm narrative “Christmas Guest” and “Go Tell It on the Mountain” the Sherwin & Pam Linton Christmas Show has deep roots and is well steeped with holiday spirit and tradition.

Sherwin is a 65-year entertainment career veteran. For over 40 years he and his wife Pam and their band “The Cotton Kings” have performed holiday Christmas shows throughout the mid-west. In 1986 Sherwin wrote and recorded a novelty anti-drunk driving song “Santa Got A DWI” which became a million selling record.

The show includes a great variety of holiday favorites drawn from Sherwin and Pam’s vast repertoire developed through the years. With beautiful costuming, a brightly lighted colorful stage setting and Sherwin and Pam’s flair for comedy and humor plus music with energy this show has become a holiday tradition and is a hit everywhere.

Hub City Station has no age restriction. All ages are welcome at this event. Beer and wine are available for purchase to those 21+. Hub City Station is CASH ONLY. There are ATMs available on site. Hub City Station is happy to present mixed open mic on the Third Thursday of every month, hosted by Tony Tubes! All are welcome to showcase what they please: music, comedy, poetry, etc. Even if you’ve never performed, but think you might want to, come dip your toe in the water in a warm, friendly, welcoming environment.
